Profile
Fabio Valenziano is a business lawyer. For more than twenty years he has practised business law and litigation, advising companies, entrepreneurs and investors on corporate and commercial matters, disputes with the tax authorities and transactions with an international dimension.
Alongside his legal practice he has gained first-hand experience of how businesses and markets work, through numerous legal and management roles in Italy and abroad. This dual perspective shapes his approach: first understand the client’s economic and organisational goals, then choose the legal tool.
His education had an international focus from the outset. He works mainly in Italy and Germany and, a keen traveller, has come to know many countries through work and personal interest — a familiarity with different cultures and systems that he brings to his work with international clients.

Law degree with honours, SUN — Second University of Naples (now University of Campania “Luigi Vanvitelli”), with a thesis on e-commerce in the European Union.
Second-level university master’s degree in mediation and conflict resolution, Jean Monnet University.
Admission
Qualified as an avvocato (Italian lawyer) at the Court of Appeal of Naples.
Registered with the Bar Association of Santa Maria Capua Vetere.
Conciliator
Registered with the Chamber of Commerce as a conciliator in corporate matters.
